How much does it cost?

For a limited time only, MoneyFlows is free as I fine-tune the tool to fit exactly what you need.

All I expect in return is feedback to help make it better for others.

Is my data safe?

MoneyFlows was built using Google’s Apps Script tool/feature. All of the data is stored on YOUR Google Drive in a spreadsheet hosted on the backend. The only people who will have access to the data is me, you and anyone else you give access to.

How does it work?

You interact with a web interface that is easy and simple to use and has all the things you need to track laid out. As you make changes to your data on the web, the spreadsheet on the backend will be updated and is where your data is stored.

To more easily get transactions into MoneyFlows, you can upload your bank statements via a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. At this time, we DON’T connect directly to your bank in order to maintain data security and privacy.

Will this help me save on taxes?

100%! The more consistently you track your expenses, the more you’ll write off which means you’ll be able to save even more in taxes!

Furthermore, the tool helps you track things that might not even be on your radar to track like mileage and home office deductions (coming soon).

Can this help me get ready for tax time?

Yes! Everything you are tracking in the tool will be information you (or your accountant) will need come tax time. Simply click the “prepare for taxes” button and send this to your accountant.

Will this help me make more money?

It definitely can! As a creator, you are paid 30 - 90 days after work is completed. By then, you’ve already moved onto the next brand deal. MoneyFlows can track all the deals you have and remind you to reach out to the brands that are overdue. No more leaving money on the table.
